Choline helps form phoshatidycholine, the phosholipid of cell membranes.

Choline also help form acetylcholine, one of the brains chemicals involve in memory.

 

This nutrient , phoshatidycholine, is found in fish, nuts, meats, eggs, nuts, breast milk, vegetables.

 

If you take Choline, always check with your doctor for some people have nausea, loss of appetite, sweating and gastrointestinal distress.
